HOTEL UPDATE: (posted 30 August 2010)

We have received word that the conference hotel block is sold out on Friday night. The hotel has added a few more rooms, but we will not be getting any additional rooms until after the cut-off date, September 10. We will post another announcement at that time, to let you know what is available.

If you are unable to wait until then to make reservations, the Sofitel (www.sofitel.com) is within walking distance of the Sheraton. We do not have a contract with them, so please feel free to call or check their website for a rate. As of this morning, the rate on the website was $105 per night, plus tax. Please check this page again for further updates.
