Registration Information

The Registration Desk will be located in the Cupples Ballroom Foyer. Hours are

  • Friday, October 14: 2:00-6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, October 15: 8:00 a.m.-noon and 2:00-6:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, October 16: 7:45-11:30 a.m.

The following items will be available at the Registration Desk:

  • Badges
  • Receipts
  • Meal tickets
  • Program booklets
  • Late changes to program booklets

For those who did not preregister, on-site registration is $165 (including $60 membership fee). For students, retired, and unemployed, on-site registration is $125 (including $40 membership fee). Student ID must be presented.

All attendees must pay both the registration fee and the membership fee.

Badges must be worn at all conference events.

Tickets must be presented at the luncheon.

Book Exhibit

Book publishers' tables will be set up in Cupples Ballroom Salon C. Exhibit hours are

  • Friday, October 14: 2:30-5:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, October 9: 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m., 1:30-5:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, October 10: 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
