Call for Submissions

Deadline for submissions each year is April 30. If you wish to be considered, please read the following information:

  • Send paper, abstract, or proposal to the appropriate area chair. Please do not submit the same item to more than one area chair.
  • Please include name, affiliation, and e-mail address of each author/participant. If you do not include an e-mail address, you must include a postal address. A preliminary version of the schedule will be posted on our website. The final version will be distributed in hard copy at the conference. For privacy reasons we do not publish e-mail addresses in the online version of the program.
  • Read the policies about attendance, cancellation, and A-V equipment here.
