Registration and Hotel information

Deadlines:

1 August 2010: Printed Program Deadline
Presenters must pay at least their membership fee or they may be excluded from the printed program.

1 September 2010: Conference Registration Deadline
Conference attendees must pay all fees by this date or incur a $15 late fee.


2010 Conference Registration information

There are two ways to register for the conference:

  1. Electronic Registration: Fill out the electronic registration form. Be sure to print or save your confirmation. You can then pay with credit/debit cards online or mail us a check (see below).
  2. Registration by Mail: Fill out and mail the paper registration form (pdf) and your payment if you are paying by check. You can still use the online payment form if you are registering by mail.

If you are not planning to attend the conference, but would like to become a member of the MPCA/ACA, you can use the membership form.

Saturday Lunch and Guest Speaker

Each registered participant can reserve one seat for the Saturday lunch and guest speaker presentation at no additional cost. Participants should be sure to mark the appropriate field on their registration documents.

Unregistered guests may reserve seats using the electronic payment options or by mailing in the "extra lunch reservation" form.


Conference Fee Rate

Remember that you will not be fully registered for the conference until we have received your fees.

Registration fee: $110 for faculty and other professionals; $80 for student, retired, or unemployed

Membership fee: $80/year for faculty and other professionals; $50/year for student, retired, or unemployed
Membership is for calendar year 2010 but must be postmarked by 1 September 2010 to avoid late fee if you attend the conference; membership fee is due with this registration form unless you already paid.

Program Deadline: Deadline to be included in the printed program: must pay membership fee by 1 August 2010.

Late Fee: $15 for payment on-site or mailed after 1 September 2010
This fee is waived for participants who live outside the United States.
