2026 Conference Registration

IMPORTANT NOTES (read this first!):

The early bird rate of $150 applies until August 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM. After that, the rate will be $180. The registration deadline is September 1 for inclusion in the conference program. Please note that day passes are only for non-presenters. If you are presenting, you will need to pay the full conference rate. If you already purchased a day pass, please contact Dr. Julia Kuttler.

Would you like your entire college class to be able to attend one of our panels? We will also offer special full-class rates of $100 for attendance at a single panel. Contact our Conference Coordinator at executivesecretary@mpcaaca.org for more information.

If you would prefer not to use this online system, a printable mail-in registration/membership form is available by clicking the button below. Please mail the form and payment to: MPCA, c/o Dr. Julia Kuttler, McPherson College, 1600 E Euclid, McPherson, Kansas 67460. If you are registering multiple participants, you will need multiple forms.

The rates for 2026 are as follows:

Full-time Faculty: $150

Graduate Students and Conference Planning Committee Members: $125

Undergraduate Students: $100

Virtual Only (no matter your position): $100

Day Pass: $50

Vendors: $150

Virtual Vendor: $50

Late fee: $30
